INTRODUCTION
VB4E is Viet Nam’s leading national Business and Environment Alliance engaging businesses in protecting the environment and conserving nature’s value in Viet Nam.
This new tool will help develop a strong network of companies committed to act in favor of biodiversity, healthy ecosystems and delivery of ecosystem services for sustainable development in Viet Nam.
Through dialogue, workshops and collaborative projects, VB4E Alliance will be a strong asset to implement environment-friendly businesses.

GOAL
The overall goal of the alliance is to strengthen the role of businesses in nature stewardship in Viet Nam.
OBJECTIVES
- Incubates new ideas that involve business, biodiversity, and climate change;
- Connects business “supply” with Civil Society Organization “demand” for financing through a project bank;
- Leads policy dialogue on business-relevant standards.

VB4E is an initiative of IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) founded in partnership ISPONRE (Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and environment) of MONRE (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) and TH Group Joint Stock Company.

About ISPONRE
ISPONRE was established in 2006 when Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung signed Decision No 1237/QĐ-TTg. Under MONRE authority it has mandate to conduct research on socio-policies and to propose strategies related to natural resources and environment in Viet Nam.
